Pricing questions

Is pricing per mediator or per practice?

Per practice. A solo mediator on the Solo plan pays one subscription regardless of how many matters they run. The Practice plan covers up to four mediators under one practice account — not per-mediator pricing.

Are parties charged to use intake or payment links?

No. Parties never pay Neutly. Any fees are between them and your practice, collected through your Stripe Connect setup.

Is there a fee per booking or per matter?

No on Solo and Practice plans. Your subscription includes booking, intake, reminders, and matter records without per-matter surcharges. Active matter caps apply (Solo 40 / Practice 150).

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Solo includes a 14-day trial with no card required upfront. After trial, subscribe month-to-month or choose annual billing (two months free).

Can I cancel month to month?

Yes on Solo and Practice. No lock-in contracts or exit fees on standard plans. Panel agreements may use annual terms by arrangement.

What is the difference between Solo and Practice?

Solo covers one mediator, up to 40 active matters, and core workflow features. Practice adds up to four mediators, 150 active matters, the lawyer portal, public profile pages, directory listing, practice-wide booking with mediator picker, multi-party disputes, co-mediator cases, SMS reminders, public booking API, and DMS export.

What does onboarding include?

Practice setup, booking page configuration, fee arrangement templates, Stripe Connect guidance, and a walkthrough of your first matter. Self-serve signup on Solo gets you started in minutes; we offer guided onboarding for Practice.

How do AI credits work?

Optional AI tools use a practice credits wallet — not included in your Solo or Practice subscription. New practices receive a one-off $10 welcome grant at signup. Top up from $5 via Stripe when you need more. Enable or disable AI entirely from practice settings.
