Practice copilot
One chat workspace for practice operations — status checks, prep questions, document summaries, and admin drafts with matter context pre-loaded.
AI mediation software
Neutly combines purpose-built ADR workflow software with optional staff-only AI. Spot intake gaps, summarise cases for session prep, download prep packs with AI timelines, draft proactive chase emails, compare party positions, draft enquiry responses, and see readiness blockers across bookings, payments, and documents — while you remain responsible for every decision.
AI sits alongside the full mediation lifecycle — booking, party intake, payment collection, document management, session logistics, and case close. It is a productivity and insight layer for professional mediators, not a substitute for judgement, confidentiality obligations, or the mediation itself.
Mediation workflow
Once parties agree on you as mediator and a date, Neutly carries the dispute resolution workflow from preparation through outcome recording — in person, virtual, or hybrid.
A party books through your public page — on your website or via a shared link. They can find you in the directory, view your profile, and book from there. On a practice-wide page, they choose their mediator first. Waitlist and enquiry flows are available when you need them.
Every non-booking party agrees to participate and verifies their email. Everyone receives the same clear information — preserving fairness and process integrity.
Parties complete intake forms and upload documents at their own pace. Fee requests go out. Reminders follow up automatically on anything still outstanding.
Location, video links, waiting room and caucus URLs sent to all participants. Calendar invites included. You arrive knowing parties are prepared.
Record the outcome, send final correspondence, and keep confidential notes on the matter file. Parties can still access their matter summary via secure link — and book a follow-on session when needed.
Capabilities
Available to authenticated mediators and practice administrators when your practice admin enables AI and the credit wallet has balance.
One chat workspace for practice operations — status checks, prep questions, document summaries, and admin drafts with matter context pre-loaded.
See urgent matters, overdue payments, incomplete intake, and session-readiness gaps before they become session-day surprises.
Generate structured intake briefs and spot missing answers or documents while parties still have time to complete them.
Turn matter context into prep summaries, downloadable prep packs, and checklists — optionally include AI intake briefs and audit-based timeline narratives.
See stale unpaid fees, incomplete intake, and unsigned agreements — draft reminder emails with AI, edit in a preview, then send manually. Rate limits prevent over-contacting parties.
Summarise position papers on your action only. Output stays mediator-only; raw uploads are not sent automatically to external AI.
Triage incoming enquiries and draft professional responses you review, edit, and send manually — no auto-send.
Surface payment, consent, intake, and document blockers across cases, bookings, and follow-ups in one operational view.
Build timeline narratives from audit events and draft administrative closure correspondence — always subject to mediator review.
Home dashboard counts for enquiries, unpaid fees, and session-readiness gaps — with optional AI narrative summarising what needs attention today.
AR explain cards and period overview narratives on Financial insights — plus optional accountant-portal summaries when you share read-only access externally.
Session agenda hints, intake diffs, issue maps, caucus prep cards, and matter similarity suggestions — advisory UI in the prep panel, always reviewed by you.
Advisory conflict hints and redaction assist on case detail — surfacing potential issues for your review, not automated decisions.
Neutly includes optional staff-only AI for mediators and practice administrators — practice copilot chat, intake briefs, document summaries, and enquiry triage. AI is opt-in, disabled by default until your practice admin enables it, and never visible to parties unless a mediator sends reviewed content. Usage is metered through an AI credits wallet with a one-off $10 welcome grant at signup and Stripe top-ups from $5. Mediators review every output before relying on it or sending anything externally. It is administrative preparation software — not legal advice, not mediation strategy, and not a substitute for professional judgment.
Practice insights, case prep summaries, prep pack exports, proactive chase drafts, and enquiry drafts — all staff-only, all reviewed by you before use.
See unpaid fees, incomplete intake, proactive chase candidates, and enquiries that need a reply across your active matters.
Download a mediator-only prep pack — intake summary, open tasks, and optional AI brief or timeline appendices.
Draft reminder emails for stale payments, intake, or unsigned agreements — review and edit before sending.
Triage incoming enquiries and draft replies you edit before sending — no auto-send.

AI mediation software combines ADR case management with optional AI tools that help mediators prepare faster — surfacing blockers, summarising intake, comparing party positions, and drafting administrative responses. Neutly AI is staff-only, opt-in, and requires human review on every output. It does not replace mediators or provide legal advice.
You can ask the practice copilot for a prep summary, generate intake briefs, download a session prep pack with optional AI timeline narrative, compare Party A and Party B positions from intake and uploaded papers, and see readiness checklists for payments, documents, and consent. Summarisation is mediator-triggered; output stays in the staff portal until you review it.
Proactive chase surfaces parties with stale unpaid fees, incomplete intake, or unsigned agreements. When AI is enabled, you can draft reminder emails, edit them in a preview, and send manually — with rate limits to prevent over-contacting parties. Nothing is auto-sent without your approval.
