Referring solicitors and dispute resolution teams
Mediation coordination for law firms — without the chase.
When you refer clients to an independent mediator, you need organised matter handling — without becoming the go-between. Neutly keeps you updated, lets you upload briefs securely, exports matter packs and proof-of-service documents, and shows an AI matter summary when prepared — while giving your clients a straightforward path through intake and payment. It complements your firm systems; it does not replace legal practice management.

For your clients
Your clients receive clear, branded emails at each step — and can return via secure link to check status, outstanding tasks, and session details. No accounts to create, no confusing portals.
Find a mediator
Find accredited mediators accepting new matters
Search listed mediators by practice area, accreditation, and country. View a public profile for each listed colleague — photo, credentials, and practice areas — save favourites to a shortlist, then book on their personal page or your practice-wide link.
The public mediator directory is optional on Practice. Listed mediators get a public profile page with photo, bio, credentials, and practice areas. Parties can browse, save favourites to a shortlist, then book via that mediator’s personal page or your practice-wide booking link — where they choose a panel member when several colleagues are bookable. It helps discovery for private matters; it is not a court neutral-selection service.
Questions for referring law firms
Does Neutly replace our firm practice management system?
No. The lawyer portal is read-only for referred matters — status, timeline, brief upload, and exports. It complements your existing matter management, trust accounting, and document systems. Available on the mediator's Practice plan. Firms that want integrated mediation preparation workflows with governed AI should explore CounselOS at counselos.au.
Can our clients upload documents without our staff chasing them?
Yes. Parties complete intake and upload documents through secure email links with automatic reminders. They can also return to a matter page to check what is still outstanding. Your clients follow a structured path; your team sees progress without playing go-between.
Is confidential brief material handled securely?
Lawyers upload briefs through the secure portal. Matter data is stored in Australian-hosted storage, separate from scattered email attachments. Neutly does not provide legal advice or access privileged firm matter files beyond the referred mediation matter.
Can we export matter records for our files?
On Practice, the representative portal includes matter pack and proof-of-service timeline exports — supporting your firm records without requesting copies from the mediator by email.
