Are parties charged to use intake or payment links?

No. Parties never pay Neutly. Any fees are between them and your practice, collected via your Stripe Connect setup.

Can I cancel month to month?

Yes on Solo and Practice after any trial period. Panel agreements may use annual terms by arrangement.

Two billing systems — keep them separate

Neutly has two money flows that must not be confused. Platform subscription (Solo or Practice) is what your practice pays Neutly for the software. Party session fees are what disputants pay your practice — collected through Stripe Connect per mediator, routed directly to the mediator's Connect account.

Staff should never conflate "Connect ready to collect party fees" with "platform subscription active". They are independent.

Solo — independent mediators

Solo is $99/month AUD GST inclusive (or $990/year with two months free). It covers one mediator, up to 40 active matters, and 5 GB document storage. Core workflow is fully included: booking page, all-party confirmation, intake, documents, fee requests and splits, reminders, session logistics, virtual/hybrid links, matter close, and encrypted notes.

Practice — multi-mediator practices up to four mediators

Practice is $249/month AUD GST inclusive (or $2,490/year with two months free). It adds team seats, higher limits, and features solo mediators rarely need on day one.

When to upgrade from Solo to Practice

Upgrade when any of these become true: you invite a second mediator, you receive regular lawyer referrals expecting a portal, you run matters with three or more principal disputants, you want directory listing, or you hit Solo matter or storage limits.

Upgrade is self-serve in Account. Existing matters, party links, and booking pages continue — no migration project.

Panel — registries and ADR providers

Panel is custom-priced for institutional volume: panel registry integration, multi-practice coordination, higher API limits, and dedicated onboarding. Contact us if court-referred or registry volume is your primary channel.

Honest limits to know before you buy

No software replaces a mediator or provides legal advice. Insurer/funder portals and deep court registry automation remain limited outside Panel. Virtual sessions use your video platform links — Neutly coordinates logistics but does not host live video.
