Most private matters start with a referral — a lawyer, colleague, or prior client. But when parties research on their own, they look for credentials, practice areas, location, and an easy way to enquire or book.
Being findable means showing up consistently: your website, accreditation listings, association directories, and — for panel practices — a searchable mediator directory with bookable profiles.

Keep NMAS and accreditation listings current
Australian parties often verify NMAS accreditation. Ensure your register entry matches your practice name, location, and contact details. Where the register allows a website link, point to your booking page — not a generic contact form that adds friction.
ADR association directories and backlinks
Resolution Institute, LEADR, IAMA, and other ADR bodies maintain member directories. These are credible backlinks and referral sources — update them when you change practice name, city, or specialisations.
When an association profile allows a website URL, use a dedicated “Book mediation” landing page on your site with live availability. Consistent URLs help search engines and parties remember where to book.
Live booking on your own website
