How to add online booking to your mediator website
If your website still ends with “contact us for availability,” you are doing twice the work — once on the form, again in your inbox. Neutly includes a booking page you can share as a link or add directly to your site. This guide explains what parties see, how to set it up, and when a direct link is the better option.
General information only — not legal advice, mediation advice, or a substitute for professional judgment. Neutly is administrative software for mediator practices; it does not host live video or select court neutrals. Mediators and lawyers remain responsible for their work.

Why put booking on your website?
Parties expect to book professional services online. When they have to email for a date, you lose momentum — and they may contact another mediator first.
Live booking on your site keeps them in your professional presence. They see session types, fees, and accreditation before they commit. You see a confirmed matter instead of an enquiry to chase.
- Fewer “when are you free?” emails
- Fees and session length visible before the slot locks
- Parties stay on your website, not a generic scheduling tool
- Confirmed bookings flow straight into intake and reminders
Solo mediators: personal booking page
Every Solo account includes a personal booking page under your practice name. Share it in emails and lawyer referral letters — or add it to your website so parties book from your About or Contact page.
Parties see your live calendar, choose a session length where you offer more than one, pick an open time, and enter their details. After booking, the usual all-party confirmation, intake, and payment workflow begins automatically.
Small panels: practice-wide booking
On Practice, you also get a practice-wide booking link — ideal for your panel website. Parties see shared team availability, choose their mediator when several colleagues are bookable, then pick a date and time.
Each colleague still keeps a personal booking slug for direct referrals. The practice-wide link is for “book with our panel” entry points on your site or marketing materials.
How to add booking to your website
Setup takes minutes and does not require a web developer for a standard website.
- Sign in and open Appointments
- Copy the ready-made booking block for your personal page or practice-wide link
- Paste it on a “Book a session” page, contact page, or panel site
- Publish — parties can book immediately from your live availability
When to share a link instead
Some website platforms restrict embedded content. If yours does, share your booking page as a direct link — in emails, on social profiles, or as a button that opens booking in a new tab. It is the same calendar and flow; only the presentation differs.
Lawyer referral templates and directory profiles can use either approach. What matters is that parties reach live availability without a manual reply from you.
What happens after someone books
A confirmed booking is the start of your matter workflow — not the end of admin. Non-booking parties confirm participation, intake forms go out, documents and fees are tracked, and reminders follow up on anything outstanding.
That is where Neutly earns its place beyond a simple calendar: one matter record from booking through session day and close.
